Bucket elevators

Depending on requirements, bucket elevators can be made of steel – painted, galvanized or stainless. The elevator foot can be equipped with a movable bottom in technologies that require cleanliness.

Bucket elevators are driven by high efficiency direct gearboxes and secured by flexible couplings.

On individual order, the bucket elevators are equipped with oil-resistant belts, with food attestation, for high temperatures, antistatic or replaced with a chain.
Standard buckets are steel buckets. Depending on the application, it can be replaced with stainless or plastic.

Optional equipment is:

  • belt slip (break) sensor,
  • position belt position sensors – relative to pipes,
  • material collection sensor – located in the head,
  • bearing temperature sensors,
  • explosion-proof pipes.
  • local aspiration system

We offer supporting structures, ladders and service platforms for bucket elevators.

* The height of the bucket elevator depends on the needs of the buyer. Performance differences result from the number of buckets per meter.

Because bucket elevators are volumetric transport in the case of applications for the transport of sawdust, straw, bran and other materials whose density reaches 0.1 – 0.3 t / m3, the mass capacity is 2 to 6 times lower, respectively.

On request, we make bucket elevators in a version that meets the ATEX standard
